SEASONAL RULE Winter for the standard means November through February; summer is the remainder of the year.
SULPHUR *Standard table shows 0.005-1.50% by mass. Lower sulphur levels or other emission-related limits may apply by purchaser, permit and location. Rerol ≤1.00% is a proposed tighter target, not a measured value.
USE / CLAIM For authorised industrial heating applications, not automotive diesel. An LDO label or claim of conformity should follow complete batch testing to IS 15770 and confirmation that production, storage and sale are authorised.

Applications
Product fit depends on the burner, required heat output, storage arrangement and duty cycle.
Industrial heating where steady flame and repeatable operation matter.
Process heat for manufacturing and treatment applications.
Sustained firing for continuous high-temperature duties.
Controlled heat transfer for temperature-sensitive processes.
Burners and heaters used for drying, curing and production support.
Compare cost per unit of heat, not only the delivered price per litre.
Batch proof
Exact batch values are documented on the COA. Applicable product standards must be confirmed against the supplied test report.
| Property | Control | Where to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Sulphur | Recorded for each batch | Shown on the supplied COA |
| Flash point | Recorded for each batch | Shown on the supplied COA |
| Kinematic viscosity | Recorded for each batch | Shown on the supplied COA |
| Water and sediment | Recorded for each batch | Shown on the supplied COA |
| Gross calorific value | Recorded for each batch | Shown on the supplied COA |
Compare properly
Include heat value, burner settings, storage, filtration, downtime risk and delivery reliability.
Compare the cost per useful unit of heat using the batch COA.
Check nozzle, temperature and operating settings with the burner supplier.
A reliable schedule protects the plant from production stoppages.
Send the monthly volume, current fuel and application for a same-day commercial comparison.
